I tried running the Windows DVD Player application on my computer and discovered that it would not play any DVD Movies. You may find it interesting that every time I select the RETRY button on the Windows Update Screen it first installs KB3106246 successfully then tries to install KB3081704 and it fails with the option to RETRY. When I view my Update History I see 26 times that KB310626 has been installed successfully & 26 times that KB3081704 has failed. These appear as a pair in the history 26 times.

I have no idea why KB3106246 keeps being installed. This all started after I updated this past Tuesday, November 10, 2015 (the so called UPDATE Tuesday) & all those many updates that night were successful.
